1. General Return and Exchange Terms

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all packaging and labels.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, clearance items, and gift cards, may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product page for specific details.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To process a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at contact@kieunytopis.com or call us at (319) 883-8478 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during return shipping.

  4. Shipping: Send the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service to the following address:

    Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is damaged, opened, or missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: If your exchange request is for a product of equal or lesser value, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. If the exchange is for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back, and we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before the items have been shipped. After this period, you will need to initiate a return once the order is delivered.


7. Exceptions to the Return and Exchange Policy

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items, except in cases of defect or shipping errors.
