Due to the perishable nature of Green KN Garden Grapes, we do not accept returns of purchased items. However, we do offer exchanges or refunds in cases where the product is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet quality expectations.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Steps for Requesting an Exchange or Refund
